Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and gte99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gte99 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all associated features. These Terms apply to all users who access the platform regardless of the device used, connection type, or location within Bangladesh.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on gte99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. gte99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use gte99, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. gte99 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any point and to close accounts where criteria are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions. gte99 conducts age verification at registration and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, those declared legally incapacitated, or persons otherwise barred by law from participating in gaming activities are not eligible.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of gte99 or its affiliated technology and payment partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion in place. If you are enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion programme, you must not attempt to open or access a gte99 account.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one gte99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended pending investigation. The account found to be the duplicate will be permanently closed and any balance held in it forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and have sole access to. This number is used for account verification, security notifications, and withdrawal confirmation.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your gte99 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gte99 will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• You must confirm at registration that you are aged 21 or above and that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in full. Registration is not possible without this agreement.

Account Security Obligations

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your gte99 account. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your account credentials secure. This includes but is not limited to:

• Not sharing your username, password, or verification codes with any third party under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying gte99 support immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on gte99 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees, no USD-denominated minimums, and no third-party currency exchange steps. What you deposit in BDT is what appears in your account wallet, and what you withdraw goes directly to your nominated payment method in BDT.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to your chosen payment method's own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. gte99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your gte99 wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to reflect, subject to banking processing times.
• gte99 does not accept deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. All funds deposited must originate from an account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. Black Diamond VIP tier members receive priority processing and same-day withdrawals as a tier benefit.
• gte99 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Withdrawal requests placed while active wagering requirements remain outstanding will be held until those requirements are satisfied.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

gte99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed at the point of claiming. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on eligible games. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash directly.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Subsequent attempts to claim the welcome bonus using a new account, a different payment method, or a different device will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Unused free spins expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• gte99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect bonus being credited, gte99 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season) are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These terms take precedence over general bonus terms for the duration of the promotion only.

gte99 actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances voided.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on gte99 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. gte99 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with a game's rules or features.

• All slot, table game, and RNG-based outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Game results are not influenced by bet size, account history, previous outcomes, or any other external factor.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card draws, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by trained live dealers in a certified studio environment. gte99 has no influence over live game outcomes.
• Sports betting markets and odds are determined by independent pricing algorithms and live data feeds. Odds may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, the affected round will be deemed void and all stakes returned to the player's account. gte99 will not honour payouts resulting from a clearly erroneous display of odds or game outcomes caused by a system error.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gte99. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be permanently banned from the platform. gte99 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer card games where player communication could influence game strategy.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means, including the use of stolen payment credentials or compromised mobile wallet accounts.
• Registering more than one account, sharing an account with another person, or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an unintended advantage, including abnormal payouts or credits. Players who discover a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Any conduct intended to launder money, finance illegal activities, or circumvent financial reporting requirements through the deposit and withdrawal cycle on gte99.

gte99 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. All suspicious account activity is logged and reviewed. Players are reminded that gte99 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, and that all accounts and transactions are subject to review at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Termination

gte99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, account security breaches, prohibited conduct, and bonus abuse.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen financial instruments, pending investigation by gte99 or relevant authorities.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification request.
• A request by a competent authority, regulator, or law enforcement agency that requires gte99 to restrict or terminate access to a specific account.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and pending wagers subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided the account has passed all required verification steps. Bonus balances are not returned upon closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gte99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of gte99 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from gte99 may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of gte99.

The gte99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gte99. Unauthorised use of any gte99 trademark is strictly prohibited. Third-party trademarks, game titles, provider names, and payment brand names referenced on this platform remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gte99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses incurred due to unfamiliarity with game rules, incorrect bet placement, or poor wagering decisions.
• Any interruption to platform access caused by network failure, mobile carrier issues, device incompatibility, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond gte99's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, even if gte99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss resulting from the unauthorised access to a member's account where gte99 can demonstrate that all reasonable security measures on the platform side were in place at the time of the breach.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gte99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on gte99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect your information. 12. Amendments to These Terms

gte99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the gte99 platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant amendments that materially alter member rights or obligations, gte99 will endeavour to provide notice via the registered mobile number or email address on record, where practicable. However, it remains the member's responsibility to check for updates. gte99 does not guarantee that direct notification will be provided in all cases.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations as they apply to the jurisdiction in which gte99 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the member and gte99 through the support and complaints process should be escalated in writing to gte99's designated disputes team via the contact email below. gte99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of a formal written complaint being received.
